Come Home to Yourself

Midlife asks something different of women.

It invites us to wake up and step into our right-sized place in the world. It disrupts the ways we’ve always done things, looks us straight in the eyes, and says, “No more.”

The Disruption is an invitation.

You’ve learned to recognize your patterns, and you know your triggers. By now, you’ve probably done years of therapy and inner work, spent hours reading books or listening to podcasts, and become very familiar with your flaws. You’re no stranger to honesty, and you aren’t afraid to face the hard stuff. Because you are a woman who values growth—who longs to be fully alive to all that is available to her on this side of time.

But have you remembered to live? To really live.

Have you spent much time considering what makes your soul come alive and treating that as sacred?

I believe that the clarity we need becomes clear as we get in touch with our own aliveness.

The journey for the midlife woman isn’t to become smaller; hers is the opposite. It is to recognize the places she’s been hiding, silencing herself, and performing to get love and belonging. These strategies don’t work like they used to because the woman you are becoming no longer needs to live by them.

“Early in 2025, I found myself overwhelmed with anxiety, body pain, and fear for my future. It was then that I came across Heidi on social media. The compassion and truths she shared called to something deep within me and gave me hope. From the beginning, I felt seen, supported, and encouraged that there were good answers for what was going on with me, and they were within my control!” — Shannon

Soul Care Coaching is different.

My work is spacious by design. There is room to slow down and pay attention to what your mind, body, and heart are communicating.

I don't come into a session with an agenda for where you should go.

I listen deeply—to what you're saying, what you're not saying, the patterns underneath the story, and what your body may be communicating. There is intentional structure, but not a specific formula to follow.

I offer reflection, perspective, and intuitive guidance. Sometimes I challenge you. Sometimes we stay with something longer than your thinking mind would prefer. Sometimes we use Brainspotting when talking has taken us as far as it can.

But the goal isn't endless self-examination.

We do this work so you can live. So you can take up your right-sized place in your own life.

So you are free to create, risk, dream, rest, and simply be.

The inner work matters because it gives you the freedom to live.

“Heidi gave me the courage to turn inward, to really get honest with myself, and to begin the process of trusting myself again. She helped me see that I was capable of building the life I had always wanted, and more importantly, that I was worthy of it. She taught me how to build confidence, reclaim my sovereignty, and listen to my own intuition instead of constantly looking outside of myself for answers. She didn’t just help me solve problems…she helped me come home to myself.”—Jade

What If You Could Trust Yourself Again?

When you stop looking outside of yourself for the answers to your own life …

It’s easier to recognize old patterns without letting them dictate your decisions. You hear your own voice over the expectations about who you’re supposed to be.

You can speak with honesty, honor your needs, and set boundaries without questioning yourself.

You’re connected enough to your body to notice what it is communicating—and trust yourself to listen.

And as the old fears and expectations begin to loosen, there is more spaciousness.

More room for desire, creativity, pleasure, curiosity, and possibility.

More room to make choices based not only on what you’re trying to heal, but on what makes you come alive.

This isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself.

It’s about becoming more fully yourself—and living like she matters. This is wholly work.

“I cannot express how grateful I am for the experience I have had with Heidi. I have been to various marriage counselors, seminars, read books, listened to podcast, but this was the first thing that really helped me to grow and see forward movement. Her help in understanding and growing the dynamics of codependency, boundaries, nervous system regulation, and many other things that were affecting me and my relationship with my husband and others has been life-changing. Nearly every day, something I learned comes up, and I’m able to use the tools and growth I gained.  I’m so grateful for the work that I was able to do with Heidi and its impact on me and my family.”  -Julia

" Early in 2025 I found myself overwhelmed with anxiety, body pain and fear for my future. It was then that I came across Heidi on social media. The compassion and truths she shared called to something deep within me and gave me hope. I reached out and started coaching with her. From the beginning I felt see, supported and encouraged that there were good answers for what was going on with me, and they were within my control! I wholeheartedly recommend Heidi for coaching. She is very gifted in helping women in their journey." Shannon

“Heidi’s coaching has given me the tools to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and grace. I’ve gained deep insights into my inner world, fostering self-compassion and healing. I wholeheartedly recommend Heidi to anyone seeking transformation and coaching in these areas.”-MM

I found that for so long I’ve been living to fix a lot of things outside of myself, like putting all my energy and focus on my family and what they need. So when I was asked, “what do I need?” I didn’t even know. I began focusing on my own self-care and compassion. Caring for myself made a huge difference to my family. They all felt the shift. My husband especially noticed the shift and it took some pressure off for him to experience some healing as well.”-Lindsey

“Heidi has an uncanny ability to attune with me in my pain and empathize with me in fears and struggles.  When I lose myself, she reminds me of who I am and what I embody.  Her observations have been most helpful in my blind spots.  I have benefitted greatly from both brain spotting as well as her regular coaching sessions.  At the end of every interaction with Heidi, I feel empowered to face my challenges with faith and courage.” - Linda

“Being part of a group where vulnerability is encouraged and valued felt incredibly empowering and transformative. It provided a safe space for me to explore and express emotions, experiences, and challenges in a non-judgmental environment. Through this shared journey of self-exploration and self-compassion, I gained valuable insights, support, and encouragement from other women who were facing similar struggles and seeking the same growth. The collective wisdom and empathy within the group helped me feel heard, understood, and validated in ways that self-reflection alone hadn’t offered.” Sarah

I was hesitant to enter into Brainspotting because I didn’t have a positive experiencewith EMDR (a similar healing modality) prior to this. Yet, Brainspotting turned out to be different with Heidi. I experienced Brainspotting as a much gentler form of healing the brain which is important for someone who has experienced a lot of trauma. Heidi was intuitive and sensitive to where I was and would use the resourcing part of Brainspotting to help me stay out of overwhelm. Heidi’s calm spirit and ability to sense where I was made this process feel extremely safe.” A.B.

During the time I worked with Heidi, my life changed completely. She gave me the courage to turn inward, to really get honest with myself, and to begin the process of trusting myself again. She helped me see that I was capable of building the life I had always wanted, and more importantly, that I was worthy of it. She taught me how to build confidence, reclaim my sovereignty, and listen to my own intuition instead of constantly looking outside of myself for answers. She helped me understand that taking care of myself wasn’t selfish or something I needed to earn—it was necessary. Learning to prioritize my own mental and emotional well-being has changed the way I show up not only for myself, but for the people I love. She doesn’t simply tell you what you should do. She creates a safe space for you to discover your own answers. She sees you, challenges you, encourages you, and somehow manages to remind you of your own strength when you’ve forgotten it.

I am a different person because of the work we did together. I have more confidence in myself, more trust in my own voice, and a much deeper understanding of who I am and what I want my life to look like.

She didn’t just help me solve problems…she helped me come home to myself. “
